Love the payment processing!

Seriously, Autobooks is a game changer for my small business! I signed up for their online payment processing and it's been fantastic. Getting payments is so quick and simple, my customers have even mentioned how easy it is to pay me now. I'm telling all my business friends about it. Will absolutely shop again for sure!

Easy invoicing experience

I tried out their invoicing software recently. It was pretty straightforward to set up, which was nice. Sent a few digital invoices and they went through without a hitch. The bank integration part was super convenient too, saved me some time. Overall, it felt pretty good to use, definitely helped with getting paid faster.

Integrated well, support was quick

I decided to try Autobooks after seeing my bank offered it. The integration with my business bank account for expense tracking and accounts receivable automation was surprisingly smooth. It took about a day to get everything synced up properly. I had a small question about payment reconciliation, and their customer support responded to my email within a couple of hours, which was efficient. The financial reporting is pretty clear, giving me a good overview without being too complicated. I haven't used the business lending feature yet, but the core tools for invoicing and payments have been solid. It's definitely helped streamline things a bit.

Is there usually a free trial or something for this? Don't want to commit without trying it out first.

A Andre 2 months ago
Yep, pretty sure they offer a free trial. I got like a 30-day one when I signed up. Check their site, it should be easy to find.

You can usually get it free through your bank if they partner with Autobooks. That's how I got it, no trial needed just hooked it up.

Are there ever any promo codes or discounts? Looking to sign up soon and want to make sure I'm not missing out on a deal.

K Kate 1 month ago
Usually, the discounts come from your bank if they have a partnership, or sometimes a referral thing. I haven't seen like, a traditional 'enter code here' box.

Yeah, it's not really a coupon code kind of service. More like, free if your bank offers it, or a free trial. Keep an eye out for bank promotions though.

Does Autobooks integrate with *any* bank? Or do I need to be with a specific one to get all the features?

S Steve 2 months ago
Not any bank, no. They partner with specific banks. You'd have to check their list or ask your bank if they offer it. That's kinda their whole thing.

My local credit union partners with them, so I got it through them. Definitely worth checking if your bank is on their list before you commit.

Just curious, how do the transaction fees compare to like, Stripe or Square? Trying to keep costs down.

D Dan 2 months ago
I think they're pretty competitive. Not super high, but not dirt cheap either. It's nice having everything in one place though instead of separate fees from different platforms.

AFAIK, it depends on your bank and what kind of deal they have with Autobooks. I'd definitely check your specific bank's offer because it can vary.

Hey, I'm thinking about switching from QuickBooks to Autobooks. Is it really that much better for just small businesses? QB feels like overkill sometimes.

P Paula 2 months ago
Yeah, I made the switch a few months ago. QB was just too much for what I needed. Autobooks is way simpler, especially for invoicing and getting paid. Integrates right with my bank too which is nice.

It depends on what you need. If you're doing super complex accounting stuff, maybe stick with QB. But for everyday invoicing, expense tracking, and basic reporting, Autobooks is pretty solid and way less clunky.
